I do. I can take care of security updates, backups and fixing what I built. What is included we agree at the start, depending on the project, and its price goes into the quote.

Yes. Every project comes with an admin panel and a guide in plain words, one task at a time. In the demo you can try a sample panel.
A website starts at €700, final price, no VAT. It includes about five pages in Portuguese and English, an admin panel to change text, pages and photos, a guide in plain words, access to the client portal, basic SEO, the privacy and accessibility pages, backups, a handover tutorial and 30 days of fixes. Domain and hosting are not included. You pay 30% after our first talk, 40% when you see the first version and the rest after delivery. The final price comes in a written quote, in under a week, after a careful look at what you need. You only go ahead if you agree.

Small ones usually take days. Bigger ones we agree case by case, with a clear timeline before we start.
You can, and for some businesses it is the best option. With me there are no plugins or templates to maintain: the site is built to fit you, and changes do not wait on anyone.

Yes. If you want a project where I build it and then we go our separate ways, the code is yours once the full price is paid. The data lives in the project's database, and hosting depends on what we agree.

No. I am based in Lisbon, but I always work remotely, so your business can be anywhere.
A few lines is enough. I reply by the next business day.
